God made our bodies with built-in ways to process the food and keep us well if we feed it with good natural food. The best food that the Master designer gave man immediately He created man is found in Genesis 1:29 "…every herb bearing seed… every tree, every fruit of tree yielding seed…” This is the original best diet.

When disease strikes as a result of wear and tear the regular functions are temporarily set aside and the body goes to work to regenerate itself. Instead of using energy food for digestion and muscular activity, it switches over to cleansing, repair and rebuilding.
When you are sick know that your organs have become weary and overloaded with toxins. The word “Dis ease,” is what the word says: The body is no longer at ease. Disease is actually an effort of nature to cleanse the body of the toxins; to let the body rest awhile, and to rebuild the organs. Disease is meant to be a friend, not an enemy.
